BORN IN THE BARN

We have a really amazing selection of specialty coffee beans in from our partner roaster The Barn Berlin.

Check these out:

Himalaya (espresso) out of El Salvador: Tasting notes: ‘Pineapple. Toffee. Syrupy.’

Santa Clara (espresso) out of Colombia: Tasting notes: ‘Guava. Almond. Velvety.’

Los Naranjales (espresso) out of Guatemala: Tasting notes: ‘Blood orange. Vanilla. Jammy.’

Mohamed Ali (filter roast) out of Ethiopia: Tasting notes: ‘Blueberry. Black Tea. Silky.’

Juanachute (filter roast; anaerobic processing) out of Costa Rica: Tasting notes: ‘Cinnamon. Dark fruit. Complex.’

Los Chorros (filter roast) out of Honduras: Tasting notes: ‘R ed Grape. Cacao Nibs. Luscious.’

As you can see some really special flavours in these coffees, particularly the anaerobic Juanachute. We have one or two of these as house coffees and all as retail bags

You’ll find all these beans in our specialty coffee shops in Dublin on Liffey Street in Arnotts in Dublin and on Leeson Street and Montague Street in Dublin 2.

Thanks.

Team at Joe’s

GREEN MACHINE

We are delighted to have completed another step on our sustainable journey! As you know, Joe's has recently joined the Conscious Cup Campaign! We now offer a 10 cent discount to customers who bring their own reusable cups into Joe's.

And now, Joe’s - and our sister companies in the Itsa group, including Alchemy Juice Company - has removed all single-use plastic bottles from our production. For the whole group, this will equate to 1,600 single-use bottles having been removed or 40kg of plastic . . .

We are getting there step by step . . .
